He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Seth and Nannie Jones Mullins; his brothers, Nolan Mullins and Terry Mullins; and his brother-in-law Carl Rowe.
He is survived by: his spouse Nikia Lundy Mullins; his children, Matthew Mullins of Avondale, Robert Mullins of Bluefield, WV and Shandi Mullins of Bluefield, WV; his grandchildren, Luke Mullins, Skylar Mullins and Adalyn Mullins; his siblings, Linda Mullins (Burley) of Rosedale, VA, Darlene Rowe of Avondale, WV and Benny Mullins (Jennifer) of Jolo; his close friend Danny Hess; and his parents-in-law, Benny and Shelby Lundy of Jolo, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fanning Funeral Home (4299 Coal Heritage Rd, Iaeger, WV 24844). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
