He was predeceased by : his parents, Leck Blevins Sr. and Bookie Marie Samson Blevins; his daughter Susan Renea; his brothers, Robert Blevins, Ivan Blevins and Raymond Blevins; and his grandson Noah Reed.
He is survived by : his wife Connie Sue Blevins (Estep); his son Randal Scott Blevins (Selena); his grandchildren, Abby of Avondale and Beth of Avondale; his daughter Tonya Michelle Blevins Reed (Mack); his grandchildren, Emily of Dallas, NC, Sarah of Dallas, NC, Garret of Dallas, NC, Matthew of Dallas, NC and Lauren of Dallas, NC; his siblings, Arland Blevins (Gayle) of Avondale, Lonnie Blevins (Ella), Phyllis Deskins of Indiana, Darrell Blevins (Linda) of Avondale and Carl Blevins (Dee) of Avondale; his sister-in-law Becky Parde of Bartley, WV; and his close friends, Jean and Rusty Mullins of Iaeger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced.
