It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tina Ruth Tichnell of Aurora, West Virginia, born in Rowlesburg, West Virginia, who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Howard and Alberta Ellen Hershman Sigley; her husband Frederick "Fred" Grant Tichnell; her grandsons, Jeffrey Tichnell, Joshua Tichnell and Jeremy Tichnell; her great grandchild Carson Gore; and her siblings, Mary Goins, Audrey Cathell, Robert Sigley, Howard Sigley, Jerry Sigley and Larry Sigley.
She is survived by: her sons, George "Joe" Tichnell (Barbara) and Fred Tichnell (Jane); her grandchildren, George Tichnell Jr., Lacey Tichnell, Melanie Tichnell, Waylon Kitzmiller and Billie Wiltison; her great grandchildren, Cole Tichnell, Ethan Glotfelty, Haven Tichnell, Addyson Gore, Grayson Gore, Abby Kitzmiller, Izzy Kitzmiller and Riley Wiltison; and her sister Lucille Burns. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
