She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Delmar and Dove Luvina Moats (Simmons); her husband Herman Leroy Kemphfer; and her siblings, Bill, Samuel, Richard, Earl, Marshal, Robert, Ward "Elmer" Moats, Rachael, Genevieve, Edith, Charlene and Cindy.
She is survived by: her son Timmy L. Kemphfer Sr.; her daughters-in-law, Tina Shaffer and Devan Kemphfer; her grandchildren, Timmy L. Kemphfer Jr. (Emily Boothe) of Morgantown, WV, Carmen L. Kemphfer (Sarah Bates) of Thomas, WV, Christopher Kemphfer of Itman, WV and Skyler Raye of Itman, WV; and her siblings, James Moats (Charis) of Wellsburg, WV and Helen Cohen of Tucson, AZ. She is also survived by two stepdaughters; one stepson; six step grandchildren; seven step great grandchildren.
