He is survived by: his wife Mary Carol Huffman Moats; his sons, Milford Junior Moats (Patsy) and Daniel "Dan" Moats; his brothers, Vernon Moats, Harry Moats, Parker Moats and Freddy Moats; his grandchildren, Ashley Marie Reckart and Christopher Allen Moats; his great grandchild Madison Marie Reckart; his niece Rita Hardesty; his nephew Joe Moats; and his sister-in-law Marsha Moats.
