It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James David Martin of Aurora, West Virginia, born in Kingwood, West Virginia, who passed away on August 31, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. "Bill" Martin and Virginia Ruth Martin (Lipscomb); his wife Linda Marie Brown; his uncle Bud Lipscomb; his aunt Helen E. A. (Davis); and his nephew Jason Thomas Martin.
He is survived by: his children, James David Martin II (Terri) and Robin Michelle Betler (Chris); his grandchildren, Brooke Martin, Allie, Kaylee Martin, Emmitt and Lucia Betler; and his siblings, Tom Martin (Debbie) and Sue Mayne (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Union Ambulance or Kamp Ambulance.
