It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Frock Jr. of Aurora, West Virginia, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on May 5, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kelly Sr. and Rita Katherine Frock (O'Leary). He is survived by: his wife Marcheta; his children, Kelly, Amy, Tina and Michele; and his siblings, Joyce, Charlotte and Lou.
