It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Sue Moats of Aurora, West Virginia, born in Terra Alta, West Virginia, who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Kelly and Geraldine M. Kelly (Newell). She is survived by: her children, Sheila Moats and Earl H. Moats, Jr. (Marylu) of Aurora; her siblings, Barbara Baker, Ellen Mayne (Clint), John R. Kelly (Eva) of Terra Alta, Randy Kelly of Terra Alta and Rick Kelly (Bev) of Reedsville; and her husband Earl H. Moats, Sr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
