He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pack and Tokie Marie Pack; and his siblings, George Pack, Ray Pack, Vicky Duncan and Vena Baxter.
He is survived by: his wife Geri Pack (Dudley); his son Roger Lee Pack, Jr. (Sherry); and his siblings, Larry Pack, Bob Pack (Lana), Clara "Sue" Payne and Deloris Ruble. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
