He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Utz, Sr. and Doris Parker Utz; and his wife Wanda L. Johnson Utz. He is survived by: his daughters, Judy L. Herbester (Perry) of Augusta, WV, Janie L. Pimentel (George) of Torrance, CA and Julie L. Billington of Palmdale, CA; and his stepson William L. Moreland of Montross, VA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
