Carter of Augusta, WV, David M. Carter of Charlestown, WV, Rhonda M. Moreland of Augusta and Christopher Keith Carter of Augusta; and his siblings, David M. Carter of Hamilton, VA, Carol Luttrell of Front Royal, VA and James Carter of Statesville, NC. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
