He is survived by: his children, Richard "Rick" Haines of Augusta, WV, Debbie Harding of Augusta, Vicki Haines of Augusta, Patsy A. Haines of Augusta and Brenda K. Haines of Capon Bridge, WV; and his siblings, William Haines of Zionsville, IN and Phyllis Carr of Williamsport, MD.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 5 foster children.
