He was predeceased by: his parent Edward M. Schapley; his wife Betty M. Schapley (Huffman); and his sister Peggy Alpaugh of New Jersey. He is survived by: his parent Gladys L. Schapley (Goodwin); and his children, Sandra Oakley of Augusta, Jane Rivelle of Romney, Raymond Schapley Jr. of Augusta and Donald Schapley of Capon Bridge.
