Oates; her daughters, Amy Ranel (Leroy) of Dacula, GA, Denise Hott (Eric) of Augusta, WV and Jill Myers (Dale) of Augusta, WV; her son-in-law Jamie Lee; and her sister Donna Coulter of Charles Town, WV.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
