She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Vance" Barr and Sarah Ann Barr (Rumer); her husband Donald Gochenour Turner; and her siblings, Dick Barr and Frances Kessinger.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jacklon Cope (Myron) of Martinsburg, WV and Darlene Taylor (Jimmy) of DelRay, WV; her granddaughters, Virginia A. Robbins (David) of Hedgesville, WV, Annette M. Beland (Ronnie) of Martinsburg, WV and Merilyn Alice Black (Randy) of Augusta, WV; her great grandchildren, Michael, Matthew Robbins, Sarah, Jordan Beland, Arek, Rhiannon and Druen Black; her great great grandchildren, Broderick, Eternity Woodson and Brantley Black; and her sister Paulette "Polly" Triplett.
Due to COVID-19, a private graveside service for immediate family will be held at the Riggleman-Barr-Hinkle Family Cemetery in the Critestown area of Moorefield with Pastor Brad Taylor as officiant.
