He was predeceased by: his parents, David Daniel Rinker and Nettie Helman Rinker; his siblings, Eugene S. Rinker and Catherine Hogbin of Romney, WV; his son Kenneth "Kenny" Rinker; and his daughter-in-law Cynthia "Cindy" Rinker.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Olivia Donald (Webb) of Draper, VA; his great grandchildren, Grace and Samuel Donald; and his nephews, Jim Rinker, Bob Hogbin (Denese) and Mike Hogbin (Cheryl Smith).
