She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Morton Higgins and Lula Mae West Higgins; her sisters, Shelby Gordan (Larry) of Sterling, VA, Charlene Robinson (Curt) of Augusta, WV, Kathy Puffinburger (Greg) of Winchester, VA, Faye Brooks (Henry) of Sterling, VA, Cindy Richards (Kent) of Bunker Hill, WV and Sandy Chong (Hilton) of Newport News, VA; and her friend Denise Lambert (Mike) of Augusta, WV.. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
