He is survived by: his wife Caroline Dow (Snoke); his children, Jonathan Dow of Augusta and Michelle Kurz of Augusta; and his siblings, Carol Dow, Kirk Dow and Neil Dow. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
