He was predeceased by: his parent Delphina Miller; his sister Peggy S. Miller; and his son Joseph Daniel Wagner. He is survived by: his stepparent Bill L. Miller of Augusta, WV.; his sons, Joshua Alan Wagner (Amber Swisher) of Springfield, WV, Dylan Storm Wagner (Susan Kuykendall) of Springfield, WV and John Adam Wagner of Romney; his grandchildren, Dakota Wagner, Danielle Wagner, Dylan Storm Exzavier Wagner and Trison Corneilious Wagner; his sisters, Theresa Lynn Whetzel (James) of Shanks, WV and Ruth Ann Roberts (Mike) of Augusta; and his former wife Patteen A. Rose (Ritter). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.
