As we bid Jeff farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jeff is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stratton, Jr. and Gladys V. Sizeman. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Ferrell of Knoxville, TN and Jeanette M. Srtatton of Frostburg, MD; his brother Monty Stratton of Baltimore, MD; and his significant other Nancy Hurley. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
