He is survived by: his wife Ruby J. Haines Landis; and his children, David Landis of Augusta, WV, Cathy Sirk (Adam) of Augusta, WV, Debbie Haines (Tommy) of Augusta, WV, Christina Sirk (Tommy) of Criag, CO, Cindy Davis (Raymond) of Shanks, WV and Ruby Parker (David) of Slanesville, WV.
