She was predeceased by: her husband Don Newcomer; and her son Billy Lough. She is survived by: her children, Kim Mullins of Romney, WV, Joe Newcomer of Points, WV and Joel Newcomer of Cambridge Maryland; her brother Larry Peters of Ellicott City; and her grandchildren, Josh, Jared, Jenna, Julee, Savannah, Lukas, Sierra, Caleb and Jacob. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Her favorite charity was St. Jude Children's Research Hospital where she was a huge donator.
