He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Tammy Shaffer; his grandparents, Curtis and Charlene Higgins Robinson of Augusta, WV.; his former wife Kayla Cowgill; his children, Troy A. Togan of Augusta, WV and Aalyah M. Togan of Augusta, WV; his siblings, Andrew Robertson of Manassas, VA, Amanda and Alexa Shaffer of Suffolk, VA; his fiancée Carolyn Bergdoll; and his partner's children, Madison, Sydney and Logan Bergdoll of Augusta, WV.. He was also cherished by his grandparents are his children.
