He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Osborne; his son Christopher Osborne; his siblings, Dean Osborne of Cleveland, OH, James Bailey (Kay) of Hazelgreen, WV, Shurdon Osborne of North Carolina, Johnie Osborne (Marian) of North Carolina, Shirley Wolfe of Auburn, WV, Madeline Osborne of Oceana, WV, Freda Gibson (Bill) of Cyclone, Edith Lemon (Mark) of Williamstown, WV and Vickie Sorrell of Florida; his mother-in-law Betty Yoak of Auburn, WV; his brothers-in-law, Curtis Yoak (Cheryl) of Mannington, WV, Nick Yoak (Janice) of Sand Fork, WV and Wayne Cottrill of Sand Fork, WV; and his pets, Smokey, Moses and Peanut. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
