He is survived by: his wife Cletha Ellen Bartlett (Newlon); his son Edwin Curtis Bartlett (Teresa) of Pullman, WV; his granddaughter Victoria Faith Bartlett of Pennsboro, WV; and his sister Margaret Lawson of Mayfield Heights, OH. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
