He is survived by: his wife Lena Faye Robbins Brunk; his siblings, Delorice Brunk, Kathleen Goad (Gary), Russell Brunk and Charles Brunk; his nephew David Lee Brunk; his niece Gloria Jean Brunk Jones; his close friends, Mark Stella and Lesley Ashford; and his pet Susie.
