He was predeceased by: his parents, Anice Irene Lilly Brogan of Meadow Bridge and Junior Clinton Brogan; his son Eugene Clinton Brogan Jr.; and his sister Mary Rogers Helms. He is survived by: his children, Brian Eugene Mullins and Cindy Jean Brogan; his significant other Stephanie Gunnells; and his sisters, Carmella Bennett, Deborah Burris, Krista Pugh and Lisa Andrews. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren; Six great-grandchildren.
