She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Oxley and Naomi "Speck" Bird Oxley; her significant other David; her grandson Charles David White, Jr.; and her brothers, Jack Oxley and Bob Oxley.
She is survived by: her children, David White (Melissa), Tony White (Dawn), Chris White (Heather) and Shelley Weiss (Joel); and her brothers, Stuart Oxley, Fred Oxley and Bill Oxley (Brenda). She is also survived by Eleven grandchildren; Seven great-grandchildren.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers donations be sent to the Lerona United Methodist Church for their carry-out ministry, P.O. Box 308, Lerona, WV 25971.
