She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jack Osborne, Roy and Brenda Hazelwood. She is survived by: her parents, Raymond "Backwoods" and Rebecca Hazelwood of Athens; her grandmother Darlene "Nana" Osborne of Athens; her aunt Alice Jones (Dan) of Princeton; her cousins, Cassie Jones of Princeton, Brandy and Eric Delarosa; and her pet Harley. She is also survived by great Aunts and uncles; cousins and extended family.
