He is survived by: his children, Patricia Meadows (Terry) of Ashton, WV, Wayne Mayes (Linda) of Ashton, WV and Darrell Mayes (Brenda Litchfield) of Ashton, WV; his daughter-in-law Teresa Mayes of Ashton, WV; his brother Harold Mayes (Violia) of Gallipolis Ferry, WV; his grandchildren, Scott Meadows (Shelly), Tyler Mayes, Jasime Mayes and Sierra Humphreys (Joshua); and his great grandchildren, Leah Meadows, Paisleigh, Kambrie Mayes, Brantley and Brynley Hawk. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
