He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Casey-Grimm (Andy) and Bruce Holley; his wife Brittany Adkins; his sons, Jameson Parker and Layne Cole; his stepchildren, Graeson Lee and Serenity Maria; his siblings, Andrea Swisher (Josh) and Bristol Holley (Kyra); his great-grandparent Esther Casey; his grandparents, John Paul Casey (Donna) and Garnette Holley; his uncles, John C Casey (Jennifer), Mikeal Casey (Marsha), Junior Holley, Rex Holley and Blair Haga; his cousins, Bryce Casey, Logan Casey, Johnnie and Zane Casey; his nephew Addison Lee; and his close friends, Ryan Tomblin (Tess), Tyler Nibert and Mary Cobb. He is also survived by cousins, family, and friends.
