He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Meadows and Mary Meadows; his sister Francis Sadler; his son Richard Meadows; and his brother-in-law Garland Hughes.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Meadows of Hurricane, Sandra Towe (Wesley) of Huntington, Mary Cardwell (Darvin) of Huntington and Kellie Meadows of Ashton; his siblings, Denzel Meadows (Judy) of Hurricane, Earl Meadows (Carol) of Winfield, Faye Vansickle of Point Pleasant and Patricia Hughes of Ashton; and his grandson Dakota Towe of Huntington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to cover the funeral expenses.
