He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Deal and Nellie Deal. He is survived by: his wife Janet Deal of Ashton, WV; and his sons, William Todd Deal (Lynn) of Grantsville, SC and Jayme Deal (Stephanie) of Ashton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
