She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. "Don" Tolliver and Lola Belle Tolliver (Scarberry); her husband William "Bill" Herbert Richardson; her children, Tina R. Richardson and Larry D. Hill; and her siblings, Gladys Geraldine Price, Charles, Leo, Kenneth and Richard Tolliver.
She is survived by: her close friend Bill G. Kauffer of Ashton; her sons, Gregory Keith Hill (Karen) of Gallipolis Ferry and Kenneth Wayne Richardson (Robin) of Fraziers Bottom, WV; her grandchildren, Larry Todd Hill, Sarah Beth Hill of Gallipolis Ferry, James Mitchell Richardson (Cierra) of Livermore, CA and Mindy R. Adkins (Josh) of Huntington, WV; her great grandchildren, Easton Todd Hill, Kylee Deanna Hill, Gage Lee Adkins and Cash Mitchell Richardson; and her siblings, Eileen Wray of Columbus, OH, Avalee Saunders (Belford) of Glenwood, Betty Sturgeon of Ashton and Lester Tolliver (Wilma) of Lesage, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
