She was predeceased by: her parents, John Donald Tolliver and Lola Belle Tolliver (Scarberry); her husband Calvin "Pood" Sturgeon; her sons, Paul Wayne Sturgeon and Tony Lee Sturgeon; her granddaughter Tasha Ann Sturgeon; and her siblings, Eileen Wray, Geraldine Price, Charlotte Richardson, Leo Tolliver, Kenneth Tolliver, Charles Tolliver and Richard Tolliver.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Dante Rhodes of Gallipolis Ferry; her siblings, Avalee Saunders (Belford) of Glenwood and Lester Tolliver of Lesage; and her pet Zoey.
