He was predeceased by: his parent Willie Collins; his son Randy; and his brothers, Delmas and Darl. He is survived by: his parent Nancy Collins; his wife Shirley Ann Collins; his children, Cathy, Candie, Rick, Rodd, Cammie and Tricia; and his siblings, Paul Collins and Phyllis Bunner. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
