He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe and Alice Fulks (Lamb); his stepfather John Arnold; his siblings, Betty (Thurl Metz) and Robert (Jean Fulks); and his brother-in-law Garner Tiller.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Stump Fulks; his children, Herald Glen Fulks, Jr. (Trevia), Vickie Baker (Larry), Joanna McKown (Jeff) and Malisa Fulks; his grandchildren, Samantha, Michael (Shannon), Alisha, Rylee Fulks, William Baker, Jacob and Justin McKown (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Mia and Kyler Starcher; his siblings, Glenna Perkins (Richard), Emogene King, Nellie Tiller and Stan Arnold (Karen); and his sister-in-law Marie Courie Fulks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
