She is survived by: her children, Herald Glen Fulks, Jr. (Trevia), Vickie Baker (Larry), Joanna McKown (Jeff) and Malisa Fulks; her grandchildren, Samantha, Michael (Shannon), Alisha and Rylee Fulks; her sons, William Baker, Jacob and Justin McKown (Kayla); her great grandchildren, Mia and Kyler Starcher; and her brother Charles "Chick" Stump (Patti). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
