She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Dickens and Delcie Dickens; her husband Joe Bill Harvey; her children, Ronald Dickens and Linda Scarbro; and her sister Peggy Dickens.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Christopher Hibbard (Jessica), Rebecca Hibbard (Jason), William Harvey and David Hibbard; her sisters, Linda Honaker, "Chickie" Pientowski of Nevada and Kathy Bennett; and her great grandchildren, Toni, Cadan, Jaxson, Jeremiah and Nycole. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
