We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2021, at the age of 75, Willard Neil Pingley (Arbovale, West Virginia), born in Norton, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Ray and Reva Fern Stevenson Pingley; and his wife Doris Moore Pingley. He is survived by: his son Jerry Alan Pingley (Danielle) of Elkins; his siblings, Linda Pingley Lemley (Chris) of Petersburg, Charles Pingley (Marie) of Elkins and Ronald Pingley (Janie) of Elkins; his stepson Glenn Eddie Locky (Liz) of Norton; and his close friends, Linda, Suzanne Stewart, Herbie, Angie Fisher, Josh Downing, Paige Fisher, Doug, Jake, Bob, Barry and Brad.
