Violet Louise touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Luther and Geneva Zula Rexrode Hoover; her husband Jimmie A. Ryder, Sr.; and her siblings, Bonnie Cogar, Thelma Cover, Bertha Plyler, Hilda Hoover, Maxine Hoover, Betty Lovelace, Nancy Hoover and Harry Hoover.
She is survived by: her son Jimmie A. Ryder, Jr. (Rene) of Arbovale; her granddaughter Sarah Elizabeth Ryder; and her sisters, Barbara "Susie" Murphy (Frank) of Arbovale and Patricia Hiner of Durbin.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Arbovale Chapel (162 Old Route 28 Road, Arbovale, WV 24915). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
