He was predeceased by: his father Delnor Wilson Cassell; his grandparents, Luther Cassell, Bertie McLaughlin Cassell, Theodore Blackhurst, Doris Robertson Blackhurst, Thelma and Leon Judy; and his grandson Coalton Lee Cassell.
He is survived by: his wife Lacinda "Cindy" Cassell of Boyer; his children, Dustin Cassell (Chrissa) of Boyer and Tiffany Dickenson (Tommy) of Green Bank; his mother Rebecca Judy (Joseph Judy) of Millcreek; his siblings, Jeff Cassell (Jessica) of Millcreek, Doug Cassell (Jennifer) of LaPorte, IN, Charlie Judy (Brittany) of Crestwood, KY, Della Sayre (Erick) of Charleston, Joey Judy (Della) of Bartow and Lori Burnside (Eddie) of Elkins; and his grandchildren, Arianna "AJ" Cassell, Elizabeth Dickenson, Hunter Cassell, Caleb Dickenson and Caylin Cassell.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Arbovale Chapel (162 Old Route 28 Road, Arbovale, WV 24915). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
