With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell S. Cassell (Arbovale, West Virginia), who passed away on August 11, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private family memorial service honoring Russell is being planned.
