She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kerr and Marjorie Kerr; her husband Sherrill Wayne Vance; her siblings, Jolene Lantz, Donna Kay Kerr Dean and Joe Philmore Kerr; and her nephews, Kirklyn McNeer Kerr II, Trent Ashley Kerr and Travis Leighton Kerr.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dians Lawton Sharp, Jeanne Hevener, Dr. Kirklyn McNeer Kerr, Jerry Edward Kerr and Joseph Beard Kerr Jr. (JB); her daughter Dana Michelle Vance Rodgers; her son-in-law Andrew Rodgers; her granddaughters, Kayla Marie Rodgers Amos, Ryan Ashley Rodgers and Brenna Alexis Rodgers; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Ethan and Evelyn Amos.
