He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Gail Romine and Lena Florence Williams Romine; and his daughter Donna McFalls. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis B. Romine; his daughter Andrea Williams of Clifton Forge, VA; his grandchildren, Misty Dawn McNeeley (Benny), Joseph Chad McFalls (Sharon), Tiffany McFalls Furr (Eric), Miranda Becker (Jason) and Matthew Douglas Williams (Allison); and his brothers, William Romine (Claire) of Ohio and Richard "Wayne" Romine (JoAnn) of Dundalk.
