With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norine Bernice Simmons (Arbovale, West Virginia), born in Dunmore, West Virginia, who passed away on December 18, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Kelley and Evelyn Clark Kelley; her husband Wallace C. Simmons; her daughter Pamela Delp; and her pet Joe.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Corbett of Dunmore, Cynthia Price (Larry) of Marlinton, WV, Anita Simmons (Randy Robosson) of Clearville, PA, Patricia Harrell (Gary) of Radford, VA, Dennis Simmons (Kim) of Arbovale, WV and Mitch Simmons (Daphine) of Dunmore, WV; and her sisters, Kathy Wolfe of Catlett, VA, Georgia Townsend of Pearisburg, VA and Lucille Radcliff of Warm Springs, VA.. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, great- great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
