He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Kane and Odessa Kane of Cass; and his granddaughter Chloe Nicole Kane of Green Bank. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, John Michael Kane IV (Melissa) of Green Bank and Kristy Rhea (Matt) of Harrisonburg; his sister Karen Arbogast of DuBois, Pennsylvania.; and his grandsons, Michael Kane, Cooper and Brody Rhea.
