It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Robert McLaughlin of Arbovale, West Virginia, born in Elkins, West Virginia, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Larry Neal McLaughlin; and his grandparents, James "Puffy", Betty Puffenbarger, Lee and Dessie McLaughlin.
He is survived by: his mother Deborah Jean Puffenbarger Maxwell; his wife Lisa D. Furr McLaughlin; his children, Haylee McLaughlin, Gracie McLaughlin and Ethan McLaughlin; his stepchildren, Jayden Bennett and Brodie Bennett; his uncle Allen "Buster"; his aunt Tammy Bennett; his cousin Michael (Ruth Vandevender); and his brother-in-law Eric Furr (Tiffany). He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
