He was predeceased by: his parents, Solomon K. Mullenax and Daisy M. Mick Mullenax; and his siblings, Crystal Belle Mullenax, Wilma Nelson, Inez Tallman, Craig, Basil, Raymond, William, Stanley and Gerald.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Dare Brown Mullenax; his daughters, Debbie Ervine (Bob) of Arbovale and Teresa Rundle (David) of Fairmont; his grandchildren, Donnie Ervine, Jason Ervine, David Paul Rundle (Jessica) and Katrina Rundle; and his great grandchild Mason Rundle.
