Flora (Apple Grove, West Virginia), born in Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on February 21, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Flora and Della Gardner Flora; his wife Thelma Jean Flora; his great grandchild Nathan Litchfield; and his brother Chester "Dink" Flora.

He is survived by: his children, Phyllis Litchfield of Apple Grove, WV and William Flora (Shelia); his sisters, Bonnie Christy and Ina Litchfield; his grandchildren, Timothy W. Litchfield, Jimmy Litchfield (Bridgette), Diana Adkins (Ginny), Cindy Hess (Joey) and Derick Flora; his great grandchildren, Jacob Litchfield, Shayla Litchfield, Ashley Flora, Anna Litchfield, Alivia Hess and Makayla Litchfield; and his great great grandchildren, Myah Litchfield, Noah Marion Flora and Colin Litchfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, friends.
